Its been a long while since we've had a Good " Dump " so tonight I went with a sliced Beef Roast Vegetable Dump with the aid of a can of Bud Light in the Can Cooker.
Beer first, then the Beef Roast, Taters,Carrots and Onions. Whole Cloves of Garlic on top and heavily dusted with some Sucklebusters Texas Brisket Rub.
High heat until the peephole started to steam, then medium for 45 minutes and the Roast was fork cut tender and the Veggies were spot on.
Almost like a stew with the beer in the bottom of the bowl but somehow it doesn't taste like Beer after mixing for 45 minutes, definitely good stuff.

Looks good. I still have used my can cooker all of once…I need to find an excuse to get it out again.

Milk can style pressure cooker. Designed to be used on a burner instead of a plugged in so it’s more suitable to outdoor cooking / camping etc.

Not a stupid question at all, not a lot know about it.
sooner and I have the Jr.
You would be amazed at how much food you can stuff in there and how many you can feed with it at once.
My brother bought the large to take upstate Ny to their hunting cabin. It holds 4 lbs of food good for 15- 20 people.
All you need is at least 20 oz of any liquid, beer works great. Any heat source works too. On top of a charcoal or propane grill, stove top, propane burner and even Directly on hot coals.
45 minutes and you have perfectly cooked stew for 15-20 in only 45 minutes.
