Fried "Bondo Bill" Bird

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Sep 01, 2018 6:31 am

Did some Chicken Fried Chicken yesterday and I used some of that awesome Atkinson's Chicken Breader that "Wild Bill" had sent me earlier last year. :salut: It really works well in a buttermilk egg wash and crisps up nicely in the hot oil. Also used a slice of Jalapeno Bacon chopped up and fried with some green own-yawns to enhance the Green Beans. Other sides were Cream Gravy and Rice.
