w'Reckin Rambo's Recipe
Well Folks, since I managed to pickup some Deli Sliced Corned Beef and Fresh Sour Kraut, I decided to ?attempt? Rambo's Recipe of Scholtzkeys Sour Dough Bread today. I'm using my three 5" brulee dishes and they are "FULL" (too full) and in the oven Rising. Think Animal's "House of the Rising Dough"
They are halfway into the rise time and already looking like toad stools instead of bread. HOWEVER, I am going to use them some HOHW. Tune in later for the exciting finish.
YES, I filled the pans too full but I think I can trim the excess after they rise before baking them

Re: w'Reckin Rambo's Recipe
they finished the rise and there wasn't as much overlap as I thought so I trimmed the excess dough back to the edge of the pans and they're in the Oven at 375 for 20 minutes +-

Last of this sillyness and I promise "I'll go away"
Out of the oven and ready to cool and trim
Trimmed and out of the pans
Sliced horizontally and loaded with Whataburger Creamy Pepper Sauce, Corned Beef, Bravarian Kraut and Pepper Jack
Time to Dine
It was a lot of work for a Sammich but the taste was Awesome
"THANKS FOR THE RECIPE, RAMBO "
