thanks, the taste is superb with a slight crunch in places around the edges matter of fact I'm using part of a piece for some Garlic Toast to eat with the Wiffy's Dinner she's cooking

You made sourdough look easy. I look at sourdough and cry. I don't think I'm ready for that yet, so I'll have to order a sandwich or 2 from ya til I can make my own!!
