w'Reckin Rambo's Recipe

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Sep 22, 2018 11:49 am

Well Folks, since I managed to pickup some Deli Sliced Corned Beef and Fresh Sour Kraut, I decided to ?attempt? Rambo's Recipe of Scholtzkeys Sour Dough Bread today. I'm using my three 5" brulee dishes and they are "FULL" (too full) and in the oven Rising. Think Animal's "House of the Rising Dough" :dont:
They are halfway into the rise time and already looking like toad stools instead of bread. HOWEVER, I am going to use them some HOHW. Tune in later for the exciting finish. :whiteflag: :banghead:

YES, I filled the pans too full but I think I can trim the excess after they rise before baking them :dont:

they finished the rise and there wasn't as much overlap as I thought so I trimmed the excess dough back to the edge of the pans and they're in the Oven at 375 for 20 minutes +-
