Its Legit..I'VE SINNED !
So a family friend owns a Roadside Farm Stand/Market in North Jersey.
Next year will be thier 100 th year.
They are breaking out thier Apple Cider and Apple Cider Donuts so as I drove by today, I got in the mood for something with Apples, Butter, Brown Sugar and Vanilla.
Surfed some ideas and came to these in the Cast Iron tonight and they should be ILLEGAL !
Buttermilk biz kits with all sorts of calories involved !!
So good the wifey says...
Well, now I know what I'm bringing to the party at work Thursday...and then smiles and says...Please .....
Lol, looks like ill be doing a double batch tomorrow :)

You'd think I'd learn NOT to look at any Pocono Post before 12 o'clock NOON and then only after we have BOTH eaten Lunch.

Rambo
Just grab some Buttermilk Biscuits. ( Not cooked ) and dip them in melted butter.
Coat all sides in a Cinnamon, White and Brown Sugar combination.
Add a small amount of Nutmeg and about 1 Tablespoon of Good quality Vanilla Extract.
Mix that all together and coat Biscuits.
Line a greased Cast Iron Pan and put them in it.
Cover with Apple Pie Filling and sprinkle more sugar mixture over it.
Squirt more melted butter over all of it and bake for 30 minutes at 375..
Then add ur sugar glaze of choice.

I tried your dessert and, Dang , that was pure Tasty. I had to make up the amounts for the rub, but everyone loved it. Darn near put you into a Sugar Comma, but you only live once. Had to wash it down with a BIG glass of cold milk.
