We just bought a couple of small whole chickens and I broke them down into Four of Each Thing. Also wanted to try SB Pecan and the air fryer on the four wangs.
Unfortunately, these chicken parts were low quality. (At 69 cents/pound, what did I expect?). A little too chewy, I guess? But the idea was a good one.
Served with nuketater salad.

Re: Air Wangs
They tasted good, though (probably thanks to the SB Pecan). The air fryer cooked them OK, but the inner basket was no fun to clean out.

What’s the taste difference between air fryer and grease?
I wouldn’t push that plate away…definitely don’t envy scrubbing the basket though.

Gotta love convection cooking! While I don't have an air cooker yet, that's not saying I won't invest in one soon enough! Looks fantastic.
