Thanks Russ we're in the clear now it seems. North Jersey took some rough weather from what I hear tho.
As for the burger, it was overkill but I finished it. I surprised myself.

Beet 'n' onyawn sammich sounds about right...what kind of bread?

I'd put on a cheddar slice but that's just me.

Fresh white sliced or sour dough. My first job at 15 was in a factory, the cafeteria there always sold a lot of them, that's when I got hooked. With lots salt n pepper. Next time I'll try some smoked cheddar with it. :lol: :chef:
