Hot Mango Wings meets Tom Kha Gai

Postby daBertl » Fri Oct 19, 2018 2:57 am

Yesterday we made a traditional Thai Soup and some hot Chicken Wings marinated with Mango Carolina Reaper Sauce.
Unfortunately our Terrasse is not finished so that I could not use the grill, but in the Oven it was also tasty enough.

I agree with Russ. That’s some top notch vittles.
