Been anxious to get the chance to try this "Iddie" that I had after BBQ'n, grinding and freezing some leftover BBQ Pork Rib Meat and Peppered Beef Steaks that I had. So this morning I started concocting some ChilieB (with a B means Pintos). Now that we've got that out of the way let me continue and say that this post is also brought to you by our Sponsor, Suckle Busters Texas Style Chili Seasoning.
Accessories are a large sweet own-yawn, 2 anaheims and canned goodies.
There are 4 different types of meat in this Recipe.
Half of the Sausage was browned and added to the sauteed peppers and own-yawns
Browned Ground
Warmed Peppered Steaks
Warmed Pork Rib Meat
Everything added - plus liquid and slow simmer started - I"ll probably add more liquid as I go.
Never fear, I added a large deveined and deseeded Jalapeno when the Wiffy wasn't looking

Just took my First taste test and, altho it is good, the sweetness of the Pork Rib Meat will probably not be in the next Batch.

I'd try that!
Oddly enough, we also made some chili yesterday. And ate it today.

Well there was NO Watchamacallit when it came to whopp'n up some Tex-Mex Inchie-LaLas with it today. Just warmed 3 Guererro White Corn Torts and filled them with ChilieB, Sooner Jalapeno Sauce, HEB Queso Blanca and rolled them up to be topped with Monterey Jack, a dribble of the ChilieB and Salsa Verde. Then enuff time in the oven to start a slight toasting, on the plate and Lunch was done.
