Made one of our everyday dinner meals today. Only one hour between we're home from work until we have to go out again, so it can't take too long to prepare.
We cut a pork tenderloin into small chunks. While cutting vegetables, marinate a few minutes in oliveoil, a little bit of flour, salt, Garlic , chillipepper and shredded ginger.
Cut som red onions, broccoli and normally som bamboo shoots (didn't have today).
Fry vegetables first and then out with them. Fry the meat a couple of minutes. Pour back the vegetables. Pour in some water, tomatopaste, vinegar (I use redwine vinegar), fresh squeezed garlic, red pepper powder.
I drip some Tabasco over the meat on my plate and Soya sauce on the rice.
Simmer for a few minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
