Tonight's dinner

A bit of background info here:

1) Kids love breakfast food
2) Wife doesn't
3) Wife is out of town for a few days
4) Oldest son is reading Dr. Seus

With that in mind, I present tonight's dinner. Green Eggs and Pancakes.
