A Flavor Explosion
Made me a couple of Bacon Wrapped Rippers today and I still can't get over how the combination of all those flavors just go so well in every bite.
Bacon Wrapped Weenie Sized Uncured Smoked Sausage fried in hot oil until crisp.
Regular Hot Dawg Bun with Jalapeno "Sooner" Sauce and Whataburger Creamy Pepper Spread
Then some grated Pepper Jack Chez melted on top.
Finally everything is topped with a generous layer of Del Dixi Sweet Jalapeno Relish.

Re: A Flavor Explosion
Chef Pal, I have used every type of weenie/sausage and various buns over the last year and still haven't been disappointed.

Here's the Recipe and it got it's "Sooner Name Tag" because "bsooner" turned us all onto it a year or so ago.

I'd rather swear off alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and my rice rocket than boil ribs!!
