The Margarator

Postby DaHorns » Sun Feb 10, 2008 5:19 pm

I know this isn't specifically a "food", but I ran into one of these at "Chilly" Chili over the weekend. Another cooker had one and whipped up a NICE margarita. Well we went out this afternoon and found one at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $99.99 with a $20.00 mail in rebate (good until 3/31/08 ). I cannot wait for the first test run of the Yellow Dog BBQ Margarator. Should be a good time had by all, or me.......

I will tell you a little about this bad boy, its a 1 gallon electric mixer (either AC or DC plug-ins), comes on a small stand and is available in green or red (we got the green). I was talking to the guy who introduced me to my newest toy he said that he puts all of the "ingredients" in and in about 8 minutes BAM!!! FROZEN MARGARITAS!!! Sweet necter of the gods........

Hey Laura..join the club. I dont like my margaritoes to taste like snow cones either. That's sissy wimmen stuff. 3 gallon Igloo water jug works just fine.
