So this was our Christmas Eve dinner...Raclette. Lots of fun and everyone was ready to plan the next one. Nice thing is that if someone doesn't like their food, they only have themselves to blame
Meats: salmon, beef tenderloin, scallops and prosciutto
Vegetables/fruit: red onions, cherry tomatoes, green onions, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, shishoto peppers, arugula, asparagus, potatoes, apples and pears
Sauces/dips: garlic butter, garlic aioli, sour cherry preserve, chimichurri, red miso butter, turmeric vinegarette
Cheeses: raclette, Swiss, sharp white cheddar, cambozola, hatch chili cheddar, gouda
Hope everyone here had a wonderful Christmas!

Re: Raclette
That is great. I love raclette and we often have it when staying at our cabin. Yours is an extravaganza compared to mine though.
Best thing is the social atmosphere you get around the table with the raclette in the middle, especially during Christmas.
