Migas

Postby egghead » Sun Dec 30, 2018 11:12 am

Today’s version of migas using Julio’s Corn Chips - they are addicting, ham because we have a bunch, topped with some smoked salsa verde. It’s good.

the original Julio(best I can tell) started In Del Rio, Texas; We shipped those chips all over Texas and beyond, in the 80's 90's, people were crazy about them. Austin took credit (whether it is true or not) for the invention of the migas; no matter to me they are good!
