get a full sheet pan to sit it on - 26"x 18"
that will catch any spills with 3" of drip area all around
Great idea!
I think WV's cast iron cooktop has our new induction burner beat.

Congratulations on the new appliance, WV. It looks very handy.
I concur with Capt Jack about the 20 amp breaker. If you're using a 15 amp circuit, make sure nothing else on that line is pulling any current (lights, fridge, etc). Even then, try not to max out both of the burners.

Now that I reflect on your observation, lets see...
My bro bought me the 36" Black Stone, Can Cooker, Big Easy, Nu Wave, and this Hot Plate over the years.
He's received the 22" Black Stone, Akorn Grill/Smoker 1 Gallon Yetti, Tabletop Grill, Waffle Maker, Steamer Pot for Clams ..
Hmm, I see a trend of us trying to get the other to buy larger belts

Re: Dual Cast Iron Tabletop Cooker
to know..
the max of a 15amp breaker is 1800 watts
the max of a 20amp breaker is 2400 watts
but we are advised to never go more than 80% on a circuit
this unit is 1800 watts
