Crispy dogs are basically a wiener and cheese “some add jalapeños” wrapped in a corn tortilla and fried.
There’s an old cafe here in San Antonio that’s been making em for years.

Couldn't resist this so tried my own for the first time. Fried in canola oil. Added mashed potatoes, fried onions and even a few jalapeno's! All in a potato Cake. Made a few to the kids too. They loved them. My wife is more health conscious so she would have them ordinary pan fried.ImageImageImage
