I'm going to have to look into those dessert recipes, for sure.
We got an Instant Pot a few months back and love it. Makes some nice beans, chili, pot roasts, stews in about 1.5 hours. We're still learning the best size to cut the potatoes in the stew so they don't too soft too quick.
We just picked up a new Instant Pot cookbook yesterday. I really need to check if it has dessert recipes.

If your Instant Pot came with a recipe booklet, there should be some dessert recipes in there. That's where the idea for cheesecake came from. Of course, there are a ton of recipes on instant Pot's website and all over the Internet, in general.
