Re: His'n and Her'n Rippers
Ur cracking me up Emm, u done good with another ripper !!!.
I think its time for a Ripper Italian Style.
Peppers, Onions and Sliced Fried Potatoes with Brown Mustard ( if you use Yellow Mustard we will ban you from entering Jersey or Ny ) lolololol.
Mix up some Rosemary, Basil and Oregano in a little bit of Oilve Oil and Sautee the Peppers, Onions and Taters and lay them bad boys on top with the BROWN Mustard.
I haven't done a Ripper in a LONG while but YOU are going to make me have to change that with all of yours lately, lol.

Pal, I am sooooo addicted to the awesome flavor that the fried bacon wrapped weenie has, it's almost scary.

OUP, yours are always RipperIffic!
(We just got a new 'toy' at the thrift store...it's not a fryer, but since we're playing with it all week, looks like we'll have to do The Ripper Test...)

Re: His'n and Her'n Rippers
Decided to Rip One today and, since I had picked up some BROWN Mustard and Boars Head Sour Kraut, I started my construction. Except for the Mustard instead of Thousand Island and Pepper Jack instead of Swiss, I could call this the Reuben Ripper ala Sooner
Brown Mustard
Finely Sliced Corned Beef
Fried Jalapeno Bacon wrapped Weenie
Nuked Pepper Jack Cheese
Sprinkled on Sour Kraut and plated with Tater Chips
It was very tasty but not my favorite so far.

Also. I would wrap the weenie in the corned beef for this one.

Re: His'n and Her'n Rippers
Thanks, Counselor
T-Chef, you are correct and I "did" think about doing that but chose not to ?for some reason?
The Kraut was pretty dominate but it was still tasty.

S.T. Sir, back when canned Kraut was all you could find, we would put it in a strainer and lightly wash it. Made all the difference in the world.

Re: His'n and Her'n Rippers
Another nice one Emm
Next time you use kraut, drain the kraut good and add some of your favorite beer to it and simmer it on the stove top before you eat it.
Used to use this method every day for 4 years with the hotdog cart.
It was good stuff..
Oh, btw this brings back memories.
Check this link out.
I had a regular customer that worked for a school and he asked me one day if he could shoot a mini video clip using his niece and one of her friends and my cart set up for a YouTube contest video.
It was in regards to puting ketchup on hotdogs which is like puting beans in chili in Texas..
I obviously put my ( ketchup ) feelings aside and said of course.
It's real short, but u get a glimpse of my Cart and Sonoma at the College. P.S, that guy isn't me, its the customer.
Kids are cute as can be, the title is...

I believe that comes from a strong desire to resist change to an otherwise powerful application. I am incredibly guilty of the same...

Hey Pocono Pal, I just now saw the Video
FWIW, the "ONLY" time I use Catsup is when making my Shrimp Cocktail Sauce and NEVER on a Dawg or Sammich.
