In the States, that used to be called "hash". What is "hash"? It's whatever leftovers there are in the fridge, chopped up and cooked together, but principally always having 2 ingredients: meat and potatoes.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Yes. That's what we might do too.Boots wrote:In the States, that used to be called "hash". What is "hash"? It's whatever leftovers there are in the fridge, chopped up and cooked together, but principally always having 2 ingredients: meat and potatoes.
Often we make this as a planned dinner (not canned) and not using leftovers. We normally eat it with flatbread.
