Dinner & Lunch

Postby Williep » Wed Feb 06, 2019 3:46 pm

Yesterday evening I oven fried some chicken breast, raked through some flour I seasoned, dipped in an egg wash, rolled in panko and in the oven at 425. Cooked some baby carrot's, glazed with butter/brown sugar, mashed potatoes and cream gravy but I have to confess, the gravy and mashed potatoes came out of package's.  For lunch today it was a chicken sandwich and chip's.
