A jalapeño, 1/2 onion, 3 celery, mushrooms, 1/2 red pepper, about 3 carrots and a small handful of bow tie pasta and some spaghetti sauce. Park and mozzarellas cheese. 5 garlic cloves. It is mostly veggies but the shrooms make it feel like meat.

The odd thing is how lame jalapeños are right now for me to buy. Zero heat or flavor. I even added more dried jalapeño to the dish.

Meat or not…I’d eat that!
