Defrosted one of the packages of that Pulled Boston Butt that Rambo turned me onto last month and added some Suckle Busters Chipotle Sauce (my favorite BTW) to it. Whooped up a couple of Sliders joined by the last of the RICommended Zapps Hot'er than Hot Jalapeno Chips and Lunch was down and done.

Re: Pulled Pork Sliders
good eatin right there....
that is what I do with the boston butts, and brisket for that matter; make up several bags with the vac sealer, then place an appropriate amount of un pulled cooked pork in each bag, so as to maintain moisture, and add a pinch of seasoning(helps here to remember what was used to cook it with) then into the refrigerator freezer for a couple of three hours to firm everythin up, then the final pumpdown and seal, and into the deep freeze until they are thawed and warmed for a meal...

I think I'll not do a pre-pull next time either but the moisture seems to be there without the Sauce so far.
