the wife is already tapping her foot and rolling her eyes.... "two pellet pits, a gas grill, one electric smoker, a charcoal grill and a pizza oven and you want something else?"
I want a webber smokey mountain, a old smoker, and of coarse a UDS... is anyone out there looking for cooking companion I may soon be homeless.... :shock:

Well, you could make the same mistake I did and ask her why she has so many pairs of shoes for just 2 feet, why so many collectible dolls when they aren't real and just collect dust ......but I Highly suggest to NOT do it and just go with the flow, lololol.

Remember, it's definitely warmer inside these days

By the way, DaBerti has done a lot of sousvide I think. Maybe has has something to add about the versatility of this method.

They are not that expensive actually comparing them to other kitchen equipment.
