I hereby give you the " Txdragon "
Well, I figured it is only fitting to give this Sammich the honor of naming it after one of the great forum members, Txdragon because if not for him suggesting a Sammie from my Beef Roast, it would have never happened.
So, a BIG Thanks to you man, the Sammich is Rediculously Incredible.
I took his idea of Ciabatta, Stone Ground Mustard and " Homemade " Pickled Red Onions. I would have done this sammich 2 nights ago but I knew it would take minimum of 2 days for the Onions to be worthy of the build.
Got some fresh out of the oven Ciabatta from Shop Rite, put it under the broiler for 5 minutes , then hit it heavy with the Mustard. Threw down some Havarti and Provolone, next was the thinly sliced Smoked Beef, then some of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Wickles Wicked Pickle Chips ( sweet with some heat ) , The Pickled Red Onions and some Stuffed Cherry Peppers with Provolone and Prosciutto which are Delicious !
Wrapped the Txdragon up in foil tightly and in the oven on 300 for 15 minutes and here we are
This will have to take 2 posts for all of the pics, sorry all...
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS...
Thanks again dude...
BTW, if you are not good with me tagging you to this, I'll gladly change the name ok my friend

I'll have to put a disclaimer in the post just in case he doesn't want his name attached to it for any reason and I'm completely kool with that

THAT is a sammie!
And something else to try in the NuWave.
(We've had those peppers in a jar...maybe we can find the Wickles.)
