Some apeteezers with son and DIL. Had a second go with a little EVOO and SPG.

I like the way those look. Do you eat them just like that or slice and eat with something else?

I cubed, added a drizzle of EVOO, and gave a gentle stir. We had them just that. Would be good as part of a salad.
