That is beautiful, TX....24 hours? I never tried marinating that long, but I just might now. And I love green beans. And mash. :cheers:

Thanks! Yes, 24 hours is HIGHLY recommended. As for the green beans; ya can't beat fresh!! When you make it, you gotta post it!!

I am new to this forum, so is it ok to request recipes. I have never heard of Rudy's cream corn, but I love creamed corn. Will you share the recipe?
