Surf N Oink
Picked up 2 lg thick cut bone-in Pork Chops last week with the sole intention of stuffing them and then grilling them over some Kingsford Charcoal. However, the Weather? Man threw me a slider and predicted rain today so I had to Google some recipes and do them inside on and in the stove. Turned out to be one of those Lucky Days and according to the Wife, the best I've fixed in a long time. Now all that means is that "Even an old blind Hawg finds an acorn every now and then"
One of the Recipes I found said to sear fry them in a egg wash and dry mix dip and then finish in the oven, which I did.
The other Recipe said to soak them in Brine overnight which I also did and will do from now on.
Seems to me that T-Chef does this also?
Stuff for the Stuffing, excluding the Cream of Own-Yawn Soup
Sweet own-yawns, green own-yawns, celery, crab meat and tiny shrimp
Veggies sauteed in butter and EVOO
Slice Pocket in eye of Chop to the Bone
Pack Stuffing into Pocket
Sprinkle both sides of Chop with Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama
Dip Chops into Egg Wash and Dry Mix
Quick Sear Fry both sides of Chops
Place in Baking Dish on top of the bed of Cream of Own-Yawn Soup
Bake in Hot Oven until I.T. reaches 160/165
Today I plated mine with loaded half of Sweet Tater and a Green only Salad with Italian Dressing.

Just now saw this and, YES, apples did cross my mind since the word stuffing was mentioned, however, I think I'd use it as the primary ingredient and not with crab and shrimp.
