" Ham Stone "

Postby woodenvisions » Tue Mar 26, 2019 7:43 pm

I'm surrounded by the smells and sounds of Spring " trying " to arrive so I took the cover off of the Black Stone and seasoned up a good sized Ham Steak. Did some Green Beans, Shrooms and Broccoli with some Butter slices and a little Brown Sugar and Fresh Italian Parsley.
Washing it down with a little kick . . .and no, the label is far from correct
Sounds like something close to zapple eye toontime .

Definitely worthy of a repeat !

Very nice! I haven't cooked a ham steak in a long while. You're making me want to add them to this upcoming grocery trip. Lol!
