. It looks like an A÷ to me dude !I'm gonna throw this out there only because I've had excellent luck doing Lb Cake and Angel Cake ( Sponge ) this way.
Believe it or not, a Paella Pan cookes/bakes these well, especially Evenly.
Most I've seen are not flat, mine is convex so its best used in the oven or grill, not on a glass stove top.
Just a thought man, u might like it
