The first omelet in years
One of our new neighbors is an older gentlemen and you can bet your boots every time you set foot outside he is about to bring you 2 dozen fresh yard bird eggs!!! We have eggs running out our ears!!! Don't take that as being ugly because it's not. He is an awsome guy with great story's to tell. Anyway I had to start doing something so I tried my hand at an omelet. I got onion, sweet peppers, conechu sausage, mushrooms, and pepper jack cheese. Also tried some avocado. I'm pretty happy.
