Fridays are often taco days here so it was yesterday too.
We use minced meat from pork. Use that for most thing, except for burgers.
Also opend a jar if my smoked salsa, which I squeezed the juice of a lime over. I feel that freshens up the taste a lot.
Used soft taco tubs tonight because they are convenient.
