Zucchini fritters
Trying different things to make with zucchini. Use my eight balls this time. Color difference between the way the recipe calls for it to be made and adding copycat beef rub. Slightly different profile. Garlic not as in your face with the rub was added. I was hoping it would crisp more but I’m good with it.
