My Dad used to preach the KISS method to me growing up…didn’t always listen.
Tonight was a KISS night. Fired up the Blackstone with some tortillas, pizza sauce, pepperonis and jalapeño. Tortilla pizza for dinner and everybody’s happy.

Oh yea, duh, sorry. I’ve done a breakfast pizza w/ boboli before and it worked well. Homemade dough would be an interesting test
