Elephant Ear Collard Greens - Dixie Style

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Jan 04, 2020 11:44 am

The two bunches of collards that I picked up at HEB yesterday are, without a doubt, the largest leaves I've ever seen. Right down my alley because I like a little body in my greens. Gonna fix some Cornbread in a little while and call it Lunch.

Thanks, Mam, I am seriously trying to at least eat more Green Veggies than I have been, altho I doubt that I'll cut back on any Meat products in doing it. :dont:
