The two bunches of collards that I picked up at HEB yesterday are, without a doubt, the largest leaves I've ever seen. Right down my alley because I like a little body in my greens. Gonna fix some Cornbread in a little while and call it Lunch.

Thanks, Mam, I am seriously trying to at least eat more Green Veggies than I have been, altho I doubt that I'll cut back on any Meat products in doing it.

green veggies are good especially with meat
