Took 2 of the awesome Lompers that Joe sent me and did a Breakfast Stack similar to what I do very often with Guerrero Corn Tortillas. However, this time I intentionally tried to not have a Tex-Mex Theme. So I used Mozzarella instead of Monterey Jack, chopped T-bone meat instead of Owens Hot Sausage and of course the Lompers instead of the Tortillas. I did use a light layer of my homemade Salsa but only as a Veggie Layer and am very pleased with it's flavor also. The following pics are in the order of the layers that go into making this. "There was NO Tex-Mex Flavor at all. Just Steak Taters and Cheese"
Can't wait to use some as a Ripper Wrapper and maybe in place of Torts in Tex-Mex dishes.
Also gonna look into something Sweet and Dessertish (word?) maybe?
