Inside Ribeyes

Postby Larry Wolfe » Sun Mar 09, 2008 8:19 am

It was very very windy here yesterday, too windy to light up the grill. So we cooked some ribeyes under th broiler, not bad but not as good as grilled. Rubbed down with WRB and garlic mashed potatoes.

As sad as it may be, there are times when cooking outside just isn't desirable. Those steaks look great!

On occasion, I will still pan sear/oven finish a steak... It's still good, just different.

James.
