Used my favorite Recipe from Tony Chacheres Cajun Cookbook
a can of Field Peas kept it from being a totally Fried Lunch. :tup:

I insured several Catfish King Restaurants throughput the years; if you went in the kitchen during cooking hours there were giant stainless steel bowls full of sliced onions and ice water

I can remember rolling out of David Beards back when they had the serve yourself buffets and having to unbutton my jeans for the ride home.
