Here's a link to a pretty good recipe. I've only done portobellos a few times, mostly as a stuffed mushroom style.

Here's a link to some I did not too long ago. You could do this like this and leave out the meat if you wanted to.

Well....
(to coin BW since I haven't seen a post of his in a while), I tried them mushroom burgers. They were good and all, but I think I will have to stick with 80/20.
