Decided on some of my homemade Fried Chicken

Not a fan of bought fried chicken so I cooked up some like Mama used to do.


Wife hit the white meat before I could get the full pan picture.

I soak it in Butter milk seasoned with (believe it or Not) Ralph's Fajita Lime seasoning. Then I mix Kentucky Colonel seasoned flour with a little flour, cornstarch, paprika, some more Ralph's Fajita Lime seasoning and black pepper. The cornstarch makes the crust better. I don't measure anything.... never have. Sorry

looks good, that cornstarch makes a big difference on chicken and fish too, a smidgen of baking powder adds a little fluff to the finished product too.
