Superstition Stew for New Years Day

Mom always taught us to be sure and eat Cabbage and Blackeyed Peas on New Years Day so we would have good Health and Prosperity during the upcoming Year and I/We have never failed to do just that ! :tup: :wav: :salut: :cheers: :chef: :texas:

We had spinach in our 15 bean soup (including black eyed peas) instead of cabbage, with ham, and cornbread.
