Instant Pot Chicken Cacciatore

We're blanketed in snow, and it's been colder than a tin toilet seat in the Klondike. I'm getting too old to sit outside with a cooker in single digit temps, so I put my instant Pot into action with Chicken Cacciatore. I used a Food Network recipe and this dish turned out delicious.
