Love this stuff. Thought I’d give it a try. Couple days we’ll see.

Re: Gardinaria
That looks awesome; did you put vinegar in there?

I used straight vegetable oil in this one. Several of the recipes I found used a 50/50 oil/vinegar. The ones I’ve had in the past, in Chicago, were oil only.

Re: Gardinaria
Pretty much. Here’s the ingredients.
I adjusted the jalapeños. 4 jalapeños and 3 sarronos. And only one each of the bells. And a small head of cauliflower. Full recipe will make about a gallon. As I mentioned it deleted the vinegar.

All you need now is a big bag of chips and a box of saltines…

Re: Gardinaria
Had a sample last night with some hotdogs. Was good, not as spicy has I had thought it would be. May just need a couple more days for everything to come together. But over all pretty good. Will make a good snack with some adult beverages for basketball watching today.

Re: Gardinaria
Vinegar is probably the healthier option. I’ve pickled so many things the last couple months needed a break.

Just finished overindulging on it. Although it was smoked pepper jack.
It has picked up a little more heat that I was hoping for.
