Red CrawFish Stew

Postby ChileFarmer » Sun May 10, 2009 7:20 pm

Ya'll, this was so good I just had to post about it. My brother in law came to visit from Franklin La. Brought lots of crawfish meat. He made this crawfish stew. Believe me no sides needed. I will let the photo speak for its self. CF :D

I am missing me some of that good old Cajun food. Looks much alike the Crawfish Etouffee. I do think I will have to make me some soon. Great looking dish.
