Attended the class today and I thought it was well worth the money. Konrad has a wealth of knowledge and I definately learned a lot. I now know that I was definately making ham with my ribs and I feel confident that I will be able to BBQ an edible brisket.

Met a lot of good folks out there. We shared a lot of ideas and made some new BBQ buds. I'll be putting my new found knowledge to work next week and will post some pics on the BBQ Discussion forum.

Thanks Konrad for a great class. More BBQ to come from SportFisher!!

I was there to. MG Works and Black Gold were there also. I was surprised that there were 2 guys that flew in from Florida and 1 from California for the class.

I wont give away any of Konrad's class secrets , but there was 1 thing that I learned that was worth the time and money for the class. I think my brisket will do better in comps now. I would recommend the class to people that want to learn to cook better BBQ.

Konrad did 2 hot and fast briskets. I'm convinced now that hot and fast works. 1 was choice and 1 was select. The difference was night and day! Nothing but choice for me from now on, prime if I can find it.

Gotta go with Pony Express on this. It was a great class, and I learned ( and even better yet had demonstrated) some great ideas and techniques that are bound to improve my product. I'm not a comp cook (as of yet), but I know that after I incorporate what I learned I won't be shy about turning anything in. By the way, Restaurant Depot has choice briskets for $2.29/lb.

Thanks for all the knowledge, Konrad, and get back to me if you need that storage...
