It is just Debbie and myself most of the time and we both cook but it is rarely BBQ at home. When we compete we give all of the left overs to our sponsor. On a whim we will cook a back yard brisket or butt for us. Usually it is fire up the grill for chicken and sausage or pork something like tenderloins, chops or CSR's
