Disjointed Chicken????
So what does this exactly mean? I been doing some practice cutting whole chickens ( I have been buying them already cut in half) and want to make sure I'm doing it right. Does removing the back bone, instead of cutting it in half, qualify as disjointed?

NO, Disjointed means wing tip broken facing backwards, leg joint broken , where it could be a marked tray...
