1 uds cranked up for hot n fast brisket, 1 low n slow for ribs and a regular drum pit for chickens. The only problem I have is keeping people from tossing trash in my pits.

Brisket and Ribs in the offset reverse flow main chamber and Chicken on the back in the charcoal grill.
