Here are the last pictures I took for our roast...afterwards it got a little too busy to take any photos.
Here is the old (little) smoker loaded with a 90 lbs pig and a brisquet
Here is the big smoker loaded up. still a lot of room left on the rack
•It's true hard work never killed anybody, but I figure, why take the chance?
